Here is a list of frequently asked questions about the activities we offer. If you don't see an answer to one of your questions, please e-mail us! 1. What forms of payment do you accept? 1. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, e-Checks and Paypal payments. All credit card and e-check payments are also processed securely through Paypal. 2. The founders of Cabo Sports are Americans who have lived and been in business in Cabo San Lucas for more than 10 years. They also are the owners of La Princesa Charters, and have a very good reputation as honest businesspeople dedicated to making sure you have an enjoyable vacation. 3. Cabo gets very busy especially during the winter months from October through May and during Spring Break, but it really depends on the activities you want. We recommend you reserve your activities at least 60 days before your trip. If you expect to be here during holidays or Spring Break, we recommend you buy your activities tickets at least 90 days in advance. 4. If you purchase our Travel Protection, we provide a full refund on all activities purchased through us, as long as we receive your cancellation in writing at least two weeks prior to your scheduled activities. Without Travel Protection, we are unable to provide refunds, as we have to guarantee your reservations with our service providers. The only exception is if, for some reason, we cannot provide your activity; if the weather is too bad to safely provide your activity; or, if we experience a disaster or event deemed an act of God. We encourage you to purchase our Travel Protection if there is any chance your travel plans may change. 5. We have a variety of service providers, and some offer the same types of activities. In the event one has a problem, we can usually assign your activity to another service provider. In the unlikely event we are unable to provide your activity due to a problem with a service provider, we will refund the purchase price of your activity. 6. If the weather is so bad that the service provider determines it is unsafe to provide your activity, we will attempt to arrange an alternate date, if your schedule permits. If your travel schedule will not allow for an alternate date, we will refund the price of that activity. 7. Many activities require specific date and time reservations such as fishing charters and golf tee times. We will make every effort to accommodate an alternate date if possible, however, we are unable to guarantee that an activity will be available on the alternate date. 8. All of our activities are operated by professionals with your safety and comfort in mind. All equipment is regularly maintained to prevent mechanical failure, and all equipment has passed safety inspections conducted from time to time by the Mexican government. 9. If you are unable to use your tickets on the specified dates and times, you are welcomed to transfer them to another party who can use them. Be sure the people using your tickets check in under the name used for the original reservation. If we didn't answer your question here, please e-mail us!
